Casual Educator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to support our education program in the room and centre team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of the education program
  • Engage and supervise children at all times ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and centre teams
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
