Key duties and responsibilities:

- Shared management, processing, and monitoring of repairable/rotable parts/components with other CPU members
- Shared processing, administration, and monitoring of parts/component warranties with other CPU members
- Review and establish min/max levels in consultation with the Supply and Purchasing Manager or Fleet Support Director - APAC
- Liaising and actioning purchase requisitions from all Engineering and Service Centre locations within the same day whenever possible
- Liaising directly with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and orders
- Perform expediting for orders based on aircraft need
- Raising and reviewing all purchase orders (including commercial) directly with suppliers as required and adhering to designated purchasing authorization level
- Facilitating base to base transfers and tracking parts delivery
- Responsible for vendor approvals and renewals within software tracking system
- Ensure all logistics tasks are carried out competently and conscientiously in accordance with the Supply Manual
- Leads long term planning discussions for aircraft maintenance supply with Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM)
- Responsible for collating data

We are seeking applicants with the following experience and qualifications:
Required:

- Previous Procurement experience
- Knowledge of aircraft manufacturers and product suppliers
- A sound understanding of conformity acceptance inspections and processes
- Experience using computerised inventory management systems
- Maintenance forecasting experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain and purchasing

Desirable:

- Planning and forecasting experience
- Previous experience within the Aviation industry

The successful applicant will be required to reside in Perth, Western Australia.
