Are you passionate about engaging with audiences, building communities, and creating compelling content? We are a **Boutique Hotel** based in the **Southern Highlands NSW** seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team as Front of House Front Desk Person and Social Media Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase customer loyalty, working in a boutique hotel, taking bookings, liaise with clients, scheduling employees for events and general house duties, Building social profile.

Key Responsibilities:

- . Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Manage day-to-day front of house activities and booking channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to audience inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate them into strategies.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Stay abreast of social media policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Be willing to learn our booking system.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Business Suite. Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Attendance: Negotiable.

Preferable: Minimum Thursday Friday Saturday. 10am to 2pm or 6pm. Other days and time flexible and available to the wright applicant.
