**General nature of duties**

Ensure the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis, managing the scheduling for a team of fieldworkers.... managing office budgets. liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.

**Major job duties**
- Customer Relationship Management - exploring ways to improve and grow customer database, implementing systems/procedures for quoting, scheduling, repeat work
- Staff management (excl hiring and firing): roster scheduling, site visits, provision of clean and neat uniforms, sufficient tooling & equipment available (incl of towels/rags etc)
- Asset management - ensuring vehicles and tooling are well-maintained and clean (regular servicing etc)
- Advertising - overseeing social media posts, arranging letterbox drops, leave behind gifts, referral incentives as well as explore additional advertising opportunities (expanding jurisdiction)
- Bookkeeping - ensuring all quotes and invoices are entered into Xero in a timely manner and then payments are received within terms, and quotes are followed up.
- Strategy - work with Directors to define and implement strategy (ie expanding into aged care facilities, schools, hospitals, solar farms)
- Reporting - weekly face-to-face meeting with Directors; implementing weekly and monthly reporting to enable good decision-making; and continual improvements to business procedures.

**Direct reporting to the 2 directors**

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
