Our client is seeking an **Event Manager** to join the team to plan and executive non-public events for the agency.

**About the role**
Our client a federal government agency that provide the Australian Government with a strategic advantage through their forward-leaning analysis and by enhancing how the National Intelligence Community works together to address the challenges of today and tomorrow.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in event management, either in the design and delivery of academic conferences or industry expos.
- Proven experience in project management and coordination of industry, academia and government stakeholders.
- Outstanding representational and communication skills, and the ability to foster and maintain collaborative connections.
- An ability to work constructively within a small team, exemplify resilience, use sound judgement and adapt in a shifting and ambiguous environment.
- An ability to plan and execute a non-public event involving up to 600 people.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:

- To be eligible for employment in this role, you must be an Australian citizen, have and hold an Australian Government security clearance at the Baseline level for the duration of the Contract term.
