SOEL are recruiting for Centre Managers at our West Leederville centre, the position is full-time 38 hours, Monday to Friday.

**You are**:

- **Responsible** for the management and operations of the Centre
- **Confident** liaising with families, company owners and external agencies
- **Professional**in your leadership and training of staff
- **Passionate**about proving the best education and care for children
- **Committed** to ongoing learning and a best practice approach
- **Collaborative** with your management team, educators, and care givers
- **Engaged** with the children, their families, the educators and the wider community on a daily basis
- **Supportive**of the staff in implementing developmentally appropriate programmes for children
- **Dedicated** to ensuring the Centre exceeds quality assurance requirements

**You have**:

- Minimum of a **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification
- **Previous experience** managing a long daycare service
- Excellent **interpersonal skills**:

- Experience **managing teams**
- Responsibilities of this position do not include enrolments, accounts, marketing, advertising, or recruitment. _

**Full-time Permanent Position**
- Applicant must be able to work 38 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am-6.00pm._
- Salary and bonuses are linked to qualifications and performance._

**How To Apply**

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
