**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Student Support: Provide guidance and assistance to students, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and patience.
- Office Management: Manage and track uniforms and timetables to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Medical Assistance: Provide first aid and support for medical needs as required, following school protocols.
- Suspensions and Exclusions: Assist with the preparation of paperwork for suspensions and exclusions, ensuring it is ready to be sent home.
- Communication: Interact effectively with students, staff, and parents, maintaining a welcoming and supportive front office environment.

Highly desirable skills and experience;
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage positively with students, staff, and parents.
- Organisational Skills: Proficient in managing and tracking uniforms, timetables, and medical records.
- Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated understanding and patience in handling student inquiries and concerns.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick to identify and resolve issues related to student needs and office tasks.
- Adaptability: Flexible in managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic school environment.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in a Student Support Role: Prior experience assisting students in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of School Administrative Systems: Familiarity with school-specific administrative tasks and protocols.
- First Aid Certification: Basic first aid training to assist with medical-related duties if required.
