In this role, you will provide a high level of administrative and professional support, including diary management and executive support for five Directors, ad hoc administration for their teams, assistance in coordinating training sessions and forums, processing invoices and expenses and assisting with the onboarding of new starters. In addition, you will provide support to the other Executive Assistants during busy periods and assist with a variety of other administrative duties as required.- What you offer
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a broad term across a wide range of levels.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong skills in Microsoft Office
