**Due to continued growth, Hickinbotham, SA's largest and longest established building and development group, is seeking high calibre contractors to join our dynamic team.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE...**

We are looking for a contractor who can help us with our stormwater work. The right person would ideally be able to cover all aspects of residential stormwater.

This role suits an enthusiastic, hard working and fit person, with a great attitude who understands the painting industry and is not afraid of a hard days work. This is not an employment role but an opportunity for another business to assist us and partner with us. The right person could have ongoing contract work with our company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Stormwater
- Completing projects on time and within budget
- Upholding the Company's minimum standards
- Working to achieve the Vision and Mission of the Company

**ABOUT YOU...**

**To be considered for subcontracting you will have**:

- ABN
- Contractor's Licence/Builders Licence
- Drivers Licence
- Your own equipment & tools of trade
- Your own work vehicle
- be available for immediate Start
- Significant painting experience
- Public liability insurance & also workers compensation if you have any employees

**The ideal contractor**:

- Is legally entitled to live & work in Australia
- Has high energy levels
- Has and uses their initiative
- Is able to work long hours
- Cares about the client

**They need to be**:

- Able to undertake the physical nature of this role
- Very attentive
- Someone who is very precise and has an eye for detail
- Willing and likes to learn
- Able to take feedback without being defensive
- Highly driven, motivated, passionate & able to think outside the box
- Positive and have a great attitude
- A clear and precise communicator
- Organised, neat and tidy
- Driven to achieve 100% client satisfaction
