WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- This Field Service Engineer position, sits within the Operations department and is required to travel to hospital sites, to initially install and then service medical equipment, across ACT, primarily Canberra with some regional travel to Wagga Wagga.
- You will be the go-to person, in this area, within the business for technical enquiries from customers.
- The products you would service and maintain relate to hospital capital equipment and audio-visual digital integration for installation and preventative maintenance checks.
- Preventative maintenance checks will be scheduled ahead of time and there is an operations coordinator who manages the bookings for you.
- You will travel to hospitals to work on-site to provide maintenance, installations, technical support and training to clinical staff and biomedical engineers.
- You will be involved in troubleshooting any product issues, including diagnostics and repairs.
- You will provide support and training across ANZ for internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO LAND THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, servicing equipment (**does not** have to be in medical devices), with a strong technical aptitude.
- You will need to demonstrate a technical aptitude, with digital devices (ie. AV software/equipment) and be confident in using same.
- Some after-hours call-outs are required however, overtime is paid.
- You will need to have worked in Australia with very good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
