We have a strong reputation for supporting and developing people from outside the industry, and we are looking for the next Field Service Technician to join our Service department in Sydney.

**About the Role**

As a key member of our Service team in Sydney, we are looking for our next Technician to:

- Broaden their hands-on experience and knowledge across a broad range of CNC machines and leading industry brands
- Execute the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users
- Utliise excellent fault-finding skills to help diagnose efficient solutions to machine breakdowns
- Act as a key point of contact for the customer, representing the brand and communicating with key stakeholders from production managers to stonemasons
- Perform regular routine maintenance checks throughout the Greater Sydney area.

**About You**
- Your friends may call you a handyman because you have always had a passion for fixing and repairing. In your spare time you find it fulfilling working on your car or fixing an industrial machine.
- What defines you are your outstanding fault-finding skills. When equipment breaks down, you relish in the opportunity to showcase your careful, systematic approach and really delve down and find the root cause to any issue, no matter the type of machinery.
- While you have thrived in an environment that allows you to get your hands dirty, you may have spent most of your time in the workshop. However, getting on the road more often excites you because of the autonomy and variety it provides.

- Current and unrestricted drivers licence
