**Allcare Disabilities Australia** is a NDIS disability service provider operating in Southwest Sydney and supports participants across the Sydney region. Our passionate and dedicated employees assist our participants with all aspects of their daily lives including:

- Community Participation and Social Assistance
- In home supports (including domestic assistance and personal/self-care)
- Supported Accommodation (SIL)
- Day Programs.

This includes supporting their individual goals, improving their social inclusion, and achieving a higher level of independence through ongoing capacity building assistance.

Experience in mental health with a minimum of 1 years experience is desirable but not essential.

Role Activities
Work with the SIL Co-Ordinator to implement participant’s individualised care plan.
- Roster includes mid-morning start time 7 days per week.
- Support young clientele with community access; Daily Living; Building Independance.
- Assist participants to complete their personal/self-care routine and activities.
- Monitor client’s behaviour and oversee the implementation of their activities.
- Maintain a high standard of incident reports, including submission of daily progress notes.
- Support clients needs through clear communication and interpersonal abilities.

Role Requirements
- **Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.**:

- **Unrestricted Driving Licence.**:

- **Must have registered and Operational car**:

- **Working with Children Check (WWCC).**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check.**:

- **Prior experience working with mental health clients and organisations.**:

- **Possess a smartphone device to use online rostering and information system.**

**Salary**: $36.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- On call
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
