An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced **DC Manager** to join a nationally recognised business and a leader in its field. Bringing your operational expertise, you will play a vital role in growing the teams success.

**As the DC Manager you will be responsible for**:

- WHS compliance and demonstrate 100% commitment to safety
- Monitor the performance and reporting of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control and expenses metrics
- Develop and manage SOPs and ensure compliance once implemented
- Uphold or foster positive team morale when faced with business challenges
- Manage Budgets & Problem solving
- Stock control
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders

**About you**:

- Minimum 5 years warehouse experience
- People management experience with proven ability to support a high performing team
- Proficiency in warehouse procedures and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

- Warehouse distribution: 5 years (preferred)
