Based in Sydney NSW, AUSTRALIA, Profloor Epoxy Systems is a successful Commercial / Industrial Floor Coatings business that was established over 30 years ago. Profloor specialise in the installation and maintenance of Industrial flooring systems in all environments such as: Automotive Workshops, Hospitals, Food & Beverage processing facilities / Commercial kitchens / Bars / Heavy traffic areas etc.

Due to an ongoing pipeline of premium flooring projects, and steady company growth we are searching for Experienced Applicators / Leading Hands to join our dynamic team.

Key requirements:

- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's license
- You **MUST** have experience working with epoxy / resin flooring and coating systems
- Have an eye for detail
- High regard for safety in the workplace
- Willing to travel regional/interstate occasionally
- Be able to work within a team environment
- Be highly motivated and show good initiative

- Work with the most up to date Floor Preparation equipment (Large Husqvarna / Blastrac fleet of Grinders, Shotblasters and Dust Collectors)
- Regular ongoing training is provided (Including Silica Awareness, Asbestos Awareness, etc)
- Above award rates for the right applicant
- Flexible Contracting options are available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Shift work
