- **Role**: Store Manager or Assistant Manager
- **Hours**: 38 per week
- **Pay**: Up to $72,000 + Super + Monthly Bonuses + Travel Allowance
- **Location**: West Pinjarra
- **Type**: Hands-on leadership in a busy, people-focused environment

This is not a behind-the-scenes role You’ll be right there, shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, creating memorable experiences and delivering high standards every day.

**A Day in the Life**
- Leading and motivating a team of 9+ to bring their best every day
- Driving sales and customer engagement to smash performance goals
- Keeping an eye on labour costs to maximize efficiency
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless, top-notch customer experience
- Making sure all Miami standards, policies, and procedures are fully met

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Management experience, especially in hospitality, is a big plus
- Inspiring leaders who can coach and build up their teams

- Flexible availability for weekends, school holidays, and public holidays

Pay: Up to $72,000.00 per year
