**The Roles**:
**Senior Assistant Manager**
Location: Rouse Road, Mandurah
Manage day-to-day operations, team training, rostering, and adherence to standards. Enjoy a balanced schedule with one weekend day off and monthly performance bonuses.
**Assistant Manager**
Location: West Pinjarra on the Forest Highway
Assist with day-to-day operations, team building, and standards adherence. This role offers a balanced schedule with one weekend day off, monthly performance bonuses, and a weekly travel allowance.
**Duty Manager/Supervisor**
Location: Various locations in the Mandurah/Peel area
Duty Manager’s operate across different locations including our popular mobile café food van. If you like variety, this role is for you. Approx. 25-35 hours per week. A driver’s licence is essential.
**Responsibilities for each role**:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Staff coordination and training
- Manage cafe inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards to meet customer expectations
**Previous Experience**:
- Previous hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets (sales and labour)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage operations effectively in a fast-paced environment
