Our Client is a Federal Government body that supports Australians and their families by valuing a positive contemporary attitude towards disability. They are currently seeking
**APS3 Operations Officer (Admin)** to join their team in
**Regional NSW**.
This role be part of the Operations team which is responsible for providing strategic, operation and administrative support to the agencies National Delivery. Successful applicants will have a considerable level of contact with stakeholder and be required to communicate and provide advice on a range of matters while handing general enquires.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Monitoring and actioning correspondence, assigning, and actioning internal work items within service standards.
- Assisting with mandatory training requests and arrangements.
- Inputting, collating, interpreting, and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Providing secretariat support, including the coordination of speakers and key messages, agendas, minute taking and scribing.
- Contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives and the agencies Innovation portfolio by progressing ideas across key decision-making bodies throughout NSW and ACT.
- Strong customer service and communication skills along with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
- Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience dealing with complex and confronting situations and information would be desirable.
- Previous experience working within health or government departments would be desirable.
- It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability.
