We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Medical Receptionist** to join our team. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting patients and providing a warm, professional welcome
- Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
- Processing patient billings (Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, private)
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records
- Assisting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
- General office duties including scanning, filing, and data entry

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role preferred
- Knowledge of Medical Director or similar medical software (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring and professional attitude towards patients

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
