Venue Manager

Jumpside trampoline, ninja and air sports action park is seeking a venue manager to join our management team and help drive the success of our exciting new venue. this is a full time role but flexible work options available including 3, 4 or 5 day working week. This management position does include Saturday and Sunday work hours. We are looking for an experienced leisure industry professional who possesses the skills to manage the broad and diverse range of management tasks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the general daily operations of the business and providing strong leadership to the team of employee’s working under them. We require a venue manager who has experience in managing, organising and motivating a team.

Tasks will include:

- Managing bookings, enquiry and customer relations
- Managing the JS café including food ordering, stock management and food presentation
- Birthday party management
- Safety management including risk assessment, daily equipment checks
- Ensuring the safety policy is being adhered to and all team members are performing their role to maximise patron safety
- Employee management including weekly rostering
- Working with senior management to develop new ideas and business growth

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
