Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to positively impact someone’s life? We’re currently seeking dedicated **female Disability Support Workers** to join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant’s home.

**Proposed Roster Structure**:

- **Morning**: 6:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- **Afternoon**: 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM
- **Evening & Passive Sleepover**: 6:00 PM - Sleepover

This position involves a rotating roster covering **weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing personal care and hygiene support
- Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean home environment
- Supporting social and community participation
- Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
- Assisting with mobility (Sara Stedy transfers)
- Medication administration support

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
- Full rights to work in Australia

Pay: $34.68 - $62.42 per hour
