**About the Role**
Join our team in a new Supported Independent Living home in **Armstrong** **Creek**, supporting two young men as they transition to independent living. Use your skills in epilepsy management, medication assistance, and life skills mentoring to empower participants with cooking, cleaning, and household tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in autism, epilepsy management and medication support
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
- Passion for empowering clients and teaching life skills
- Positive, proactive attitude

**Available Rosters**
We offer Permanent Part-Time (PPT) and Casual (CAS) roles with set rosters:
**PPT 4** (50 hours/fortnight)
- Week 1: Mon, Wed, Sat (3 PM to 9 AM incl. sleepover: 10 PM to 6 AM) - 10 hrs each shift
- Week 2: Tue (1 PM to 6 PM), Wed (3 PM to 8 PM), Thu (3 PM to 9 AM incl. sleepover)

**PPT 5** (18 hours/fortnight)
- Week 1: Thu, Fri (6:30 AM to 9:30 AM)
- Week 2: Mon, Wed, Sat, Sun (same hours as above)

**CAS 6** (20 hours/fortnight)
- Week 1: Mon (6:30 AM to 9:30 AM), Tue (2:30 PM to 7:30 PM), Sat & Sun (6:30 AM to 9:30 AM)
- Week 2: Tue (7 AM to 10 AM), Thu (6:30 AM to 9:30 AM)

**Licences/Credentials**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- VIC Employee WWC
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Quality Safety and You Certificate - modules completed online
