Disability Support Worker

We have multiple shifts availalbe with our clients in the Darlington, Gigiganup, Parkville and Swan View areas.
**You MUST have Quadreplegic experience and Bowel Care (suppositories) experience**

**5-10 shifts a week**:
Sleep shift, then a 4 hour morning shifts that is connected sleep shift prior.
3-4 hour morning bowel care shifts
2-2.5 hour evening shifts for dinner or put to bed shifts.

As Elba Incorporated is a not for profit organisation, support workers employed can **Salary Sacrifice up to $15,000 a year tax free**.

Elba offers above SHADS award hourly rates, plus split shift allowance and $0.99 per KMs between shifts (if shifts are within an hour apart).

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Personal hygiene, grooming and presentation; bathing and brushing teeth
- Bladder & Bowel Care - Suppositories or Manual Digital Stimulation - Training provided, but experience is preferred.
- Catherter Care (training provided)
- Hoisting or slide board to assist in transferring to and from bed to commode, wheelchair.

Pay: From $33.96 per hour
