Beenleigh, Australia Core Physiotherapy & Exercise Centres Full time

Core Physiotherapy is looking for an exceptional part time Receptionist for our dynamic Corinda Physiotherapy clinic.

This is a permanent part time position working 3 days per week. Your working hours will vary between the hours of 8am-6pm.

We don’t require you to have Allied Health experience but what is non-negotiable is your love for helping people, your warm and caring nature, and your solid Admin experience with the ability to multitask with ease and utilising multiple systems simultaneously.

This role requires you to answer phones, greet patients, gather patient information, and maintain patient records, process payments and rebook patients along with other administrative tasks.

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent communicator. You’re able to build rapport with patients, team members, referrers, service providers and medical centre personnel with the ability to remain calm and objective.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to multi-task
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs and other office management software at an intermediate skill level

**You must**
- Have your own transport and the right to live and work in QLD.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
