**Currans Hill Childcare Centre** are looking for exceptionally passionate and enthusiastic Diploma/Certificate III Educator to join our team of dedicated professionals at our 59-place centre in Currans Hill.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide an exceptional level of child care support with your day to day responsibilities including:

- Developing, planning and implementing a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework
- Monitoring and documenting children's progress & individual children's portfolios
- Mentoring and guiding less experienced staff within the Centre
- Developing open communication channels with staff, children and families of the Centre
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
- Complying with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood
- A creative and pro-active team player
- Current Working With Children Check
- Hold a current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Ability to work collaboratively with and support other staff
- Great written and verbal communication skills
