We are a leading music education institution seeking experienced and passionate music instructors to join our team. Currently, we are seeking instructors who specialize in cello, violin, flute, and piano.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide quality music instruction to students
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Assess and monitor student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents
- Encourage student participation in recitals and performances
- Collaborate with other instructors to develop and enhance the overall music education program

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or related field
- Previous teaching experience in cello, violin, flute, or piano
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for music and teaching
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Knowledge of current teaching methods and techniques
- Responsible, patient, and able to work well with children and adults of all ages
- Legally authorized to work in the country and region
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages is a plus
