**Who we are looking for**:
Although no musical background is required, a passionate belief in the value of music education and the care for young children is essential. Training to succeed in this role will be provided.

**What is Required**
- After school hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday between 3:00pm-8:00pm)
- Saturday (between 9:30am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm)

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Interact and attend to the needs of our students, parents and teachers
- Greet and attend to all visitors - to be the first point of contact for the school
- Scheduling student lessons and managing teacher schedules using our school's scheduling software system
- Attending to tasks from our school Director

**What you'll need to succeed in this role**:

- Excellent communication skills - ability to interact with students, parents and teachers in a professional yet friendly manner.
- Ability to work well with young children is essential
- Able to use basic computer software

**Must have**:

- Permission to work in Australia
- Drivers Licence
