Pumphouse Point is a unique adults-only retreat poised mysteriously on Lake St Clair and surrounded by century-old myrtle forests. Located approximately 2.5 hours from Hobart the property consists of 19 rooms across two heritage industrial buildings gently transformed as an intimate retreat in the heart of World Heritage wilderness. It's a place to side-step daily life and connect with others in some of the most spectacular landscape on the planet.

We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Pumphouse Point on a **full-time basis for a minimum of 6 months.**

Please note: Pumphouse Point is not in an eligible location to be counted towards WHM visa days.

**What you’ll do**:
In this role you’ll coach and mentor our dedicated team prepare our guests rooms to a level which will help us to create an exceptional experience during their stay with us. You'll balance working hands-on alongside your team with admin tasks such as ordering and stocktake.

This is a physically demanding role so you must be energetic and physically fit, with a resilient and positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this role.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated passion to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Minimum two years’ experience in housekeeping within the tourism/hospitality industry
- A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Excellent time management and an eye for detail
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
