**The Opportunity**

As a key part of the retail trade store team, you will support with activities in the store from customer service through to general upkeep of the retail environment. The Customer Consultant is at the forefront of our customer centric mentality.

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity **and will be based onsite at **Blackwoods Wollongong in Unanderra.**

**Some of the tasks**:

- Face to face customer service including finalising customer orders
- Answer customer queries including providing quotes and updates to orders
- General upkeep of the retail trade store
- Support with stocktaking activities as part of inventory management
- Complete relevant administrative activities as required

**Some of the skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer centric environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset to anticipate future requirements
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
