With a team of 120 staff across multiple locations (and another two facilities on the way), this business is committed to providing top-quality products. Your background in grain or food production, and knowledge of safety and food-grade hygiene, will provide an essential contribution.

**Your new job looks like this**:
This is a daytime role but as the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a 24/7 operation. The bulk of your time will be spent planning and scheduling but this can change each day, depending on orders. You’ll also be top dog of a team of about 25 staff, responsible for producing over 70,000 tonnes of product PA, 363 days per year.

A few of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with all divisions of the business, including the supply chain
- Following and implementing quality control measures to ensure safe, quality food is produced
- Ensuring safety measures are implemented and followed
- Managing production records and reports

**Drooling already? Shake a leg if you**:

- Have at least five years’ experience in a production management role, with a background in grain or food production
- Are a confident decision maker
- Have mastered Microsoft Excel and expertly know your way around a spreadsheet (this is a MUST)
- Can manage scheduling
- Are a strong leader and enjoy running a team
- Can confidently report up to business leadership
