Maintenance Supervisor

**Excellent job opportunity working in the meat processing industry located in Echuca, Victoria as a Maintenance Fitter.**

**About you**
- A trade certified background would be highly regarded, ideally in Industrial Mechanics, Fitter and Turner, etc
- Two years’ experience in not only building on the current maintenance plan/strategy, but also the safe, efficient delivery on that maintenance plan
- Ability to manage contractors to ensure work is completed to the highest safety standards
- An excellent problem solver.
- Excellent mechanical skills.

**About the Role**:

- Preventive, breakdown maintenance.
- Prioritize safety in all maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to the highest safety standards.
- Actively participate in ongoing safety initiatives and programs across the terminal.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies that ensure all assets are safe, operational, and meet critical maintenance and shutdown requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with for maintenance, safety, and procurement.
- Provide direct supervision for all on-site maintenance activities and minor projects, including external contractors.
- Ensure timely procurement of necessary components to avoid delays in maintenance activities.
