We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer loyalty.

His key responsibilities are as follows:
Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize accommodation and promote Customer Service Excellence and Loyalty.

Define targets and gross profit to achieve revenue and profit margin objectives.

Management of contracts and negotiating terms including rebates and discounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Prepare RFPs, quotes and follow up on accommodation groups and conference opportunities as agreed with relevant properties.

Prepare sales report, inventory management and performance review.

Provide administrative support including preparing presentations, stationery ordering for the hotels and maintaining records.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $73,150.00 - $73,200.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
