Ezycare is seeking a compassionate and upbeat Caucasian Support Worker to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to individuals within the disability industry. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.

**Position**:
Casual Support Worker

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide compassionate support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist clients with daily activities including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment that promotes independence and dignity for all clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, activities, and any incidents as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must be of Caucasian ethnicity.
- Previous experience in disability care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Possess a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to varying client needs and schedules.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Revesby NSW (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Revesby NSW: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
