Property Manager

Job Title: Full-Time Property Manager at Spectrum Real Estate

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property

Manager to join our team at Spectrum Real Estate. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well maintained, and all related tasks are carried out efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing property maintenance and scheduling jobs to be fixed if need be.
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Schedule and conduct routine inspections.
- Weekday and some weekend open home inspections
- Following up on a strict no policy for rental arrears
- Facilitating tenant/landlord communication
- Mail handling
- Banking and receipting rent weekly.
- Preparing for and attending VCAT cases
- Managing data entry for all properties managed by you.
- Keeping up to date with current Property Management legislation
- Regularly communicating with landlords and tenants
- Attending to the day-to-day activities of managing a property portfolio

Skills/Experience:

- Must have an Agent Certificate (at minimum)
- Extensive experience in the property management field
- Sound Knowledge of **Property Tree, RP data, Inspection Manager and**

**Inspection Express**
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated, punctual, reliable, and honest
- Disciplined to follow procedures and processes.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Current driver's license and own car.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hallam, Vic 3803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
