Upper Coomera, Australia Cafe Two Coomera Full time

We are looking for a creative and driven individual to supervise the day to day operation of our Cafe in Upper Coomera. Hours required are 6.30am - 2pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Position duties:
Manage the day to day cafe operation: set up and closing venue, ordering, stock management, rostering, ensuring the kitchen and FOH operations run seamlessly

Customer service

Making all beverages including Coffee & Smoothies

Staff management

Quality control

Marketing

Assist back of house members during peak meal periods

General cleaning duties

Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work within business operating hours

Supervise and support staff members in carrying out their duties

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years of management experience in a restaurant/cafe setting
- Qualifications in hospitality and/or management highly desirable

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (required)
