**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pizza Making**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of pizzas and other menu items to company standards.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and speed.

**Management Support**:

- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise staff during shifts when required.
- Manage stock levels and report shortages or issues.
- Help with training new team members and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as order logs, shift reports, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a pizza shop or fast-paced kitchen preferred.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership qualities and ability to take initiative.
- Reliable, team-focused, and customer-service driven.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
