**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Location: Bells Creek, Caloundra and Kilcoy**

We are seeking an experienced Meat manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the two customer facing retail outlets operations by providing a high level of leadership to the retail outlets staff in customer service, product quality and presentation along with community engagement. This role will also maintain and develop processes for compliance, business administration and new business development.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Experience in the Meat Industry is essential.
- Proven sales and retail experience with genuine passion for meat and meat products
- Previous leadership roles with multiple direct reports essential.
- Previous experience in the management of a large or multiple butcher outlets will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in product development and innovation would be highly regarded.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong and trusted relationships with team members, customers, and the wider community.
- Availability to work Monday - Saturday (5.5 day trading store)
