This highly reputable private financial services business is undergoing a period of growth and change, underpinned by a market leading culture and innovation within their technology and services.
**The Role**
Due to extended leave in the team, this role is available on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
The position will be an integral part of the portfolio service team and will suit someone looking for a challenging and varied position with a team offering ongoing support and development.
As a Portfolio Administrator, your key responsibilities will include;
- Administration of client portfolios
- Corporate actions
- Reconciliations on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis
- Performance and Management fee calculation
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual client reporting
- Serve as intermediary for internal and external stakeholder
**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will be degree qualified in finance, business or commerce and ideally bring some exposure in a client services, portfolio administration, or middle office within financial services. You will be highly organised and work effectively to deliver within tight deadlines.
The office is located in Central Brisbane, with work from home flexibility on offer.
