**About the Role**:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Quoting Repairs**: Writing and presenting accurate quotes for vehicle repairs. (No experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person)
- **Customer Communication**: Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing updates and guidance throughout the repair process.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Managing bookings and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers and technicians.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensuring every customer leaves happy and confident in our services.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passion for the automotive industry—Mercedes and AMG knowledge is a big plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with writing quotes for vehicle repairs is desirable but not essential; we’re ready to train you
- A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment.
