A full-time position has become available for a Junior Roaster at Inglewood Coffee Roasters. This is a great entry level opportunity for a career in coffee roasting.

Located just off the M1, our new roastery will make an amazing environment for learning and honing new skills in coffee roasting and broader coffee skills.

Experience in roasting is not necessary, as Inglewood provides an incredible, intensive and fast paced learning experience. The primary roles of a Junior Roaster is to
- be a part of our roasting production team
- be a wholesale customer service representitive
- assist in preparing and delivering customer orders
- assist in maintaing the Inglewood warehouse
- assess coffee production for quality control

We are looking for people who
- are knowledgable and enthusiastic about coffee
- have a minimum of 2 years in specialty coffee
- are friendly and have an ability to maintain consistent positive relationships with customers
- have great communication and organisational skills
- are passionalte about delivering elite customer service
- work well in a team environment
