**Little Branches Early Education Centre** is a family owned and operated service located in **Sylvania** in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney.

“Our aim is to provide a nurturing child care centre with a holistic approach to teaching that engages children’s curiosity and teaches them to be brave.”

We are looking for a caring and motivated **Lead educator** to join our team on a full time or part time basis working in the preschool room.

Typical duties of a Lead Educator involve, leading the team, programming, undertaking observations, portfolios, supervision of the children, group times, daily duties and forming strong bonds with the children and families of the centre.

We are looking for a team player, who is collaborative and can use their initiative and someone who has experience.

**Essential criteria**
- Working With Children Check
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be Diploma qualified (or working towards)
- Can work as part of a team and be able to have fun
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.

**Desirable criteria**
- Hold or a willingness to obtain a current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
