The Role Join this dynamic family business in Perth, WA, as a Bookkeeper. In this comprehensive role, you'll be the backbone of the financial operations, overseeing a range of strategic and tactical activities including bookkeeping, banking, payroll, accounts receivable, and general administration duties.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data in the MYOB EXO accounting system.
- Preparing daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Entering and reconciling supplier invoices for smooth transactions.
- Managing cash flow and processing supplier payments for approval.
- Handling weekly payroll, including superannuation and deductions.
- Processing customer invoices, statements, and Bill-of-Materials for invoicing.
- Utilizing EXO & Ezycollect Debtor follow-up systems for timely payment reminders.

**What we are looking for**:

- A background working in the finance department of wholesale or manufacturing businesses.
- Qualifications as a qualified bookkeeper, demonstrating your expertise.
- Essential experience with MYOB EXO to ensure seamless financial management.
- Interest or knowledge related to our industry, such as retail, architecture, and design, which could be beneficial.
