**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the three Executives of the business. Additionally, this role will encompass assisting with administrative data-entry. This role will be reporting to the MD, CEO and CFO of the business and your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to the following):

- Assisting the executive team with daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence and note-taking
- Management of the executive team’s diaries
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and meetings
- Reminding the executive team of any important upcoming deadlines/meetings
- Typing, compiling and preparing correspondence to internal/external stakeholders
- Implementing and managing administration procedures/systems
- Organizing the executive team’s personal commitments on an ad-hoc basis

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT**:

- Be efficient and highly organized - capable of managing a busy workload and meeting multiple deadlines
- The ability to follow up and follow through on delegated instructions and tasks
- Diligence in recording concise, accurate and timely minutes and diary notes etc. relating to administrative issues.
- Develop an interest in and, over time, a good knowledge of the Company's operations
- Fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of packages - word and excel particularly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
- First and foremost, we want someone who is good with people and can work well in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license as travel to multiple sites will be required.
