**PETRO Industrial** is a trusted leader in fuel storage and dispensing solutions, serving customers across Australia and around the world. We’re looking for a capable and forward-thinking **Supply Chain & Distribution Analyst** to support our logistics, enhance operational efficiency, and help drive continuous improvement across our supply chain network.

**About the Role**

This role combines analytical responsibility with practical coordination of our supply and distribution activities. You’ll contribute to improving customer service outcomes, analysing business processes, and enhancing how our supply chain functions from end to end. This is a key opportunity for someone ready to take initiative, spot inefficiencies, and support change across our operations.

**Remuneration**

We offer an annual salary of $75,000-$80,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with your qualifications and work experience.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Support the creation and implementation of supply chain plans and service strategies that improve customer experience
- Analyse logistics, procurement, and delivery operations to highlight bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Evaluate business systems, workflows, and structures to identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to planning and executing operational improvements across warehousing, transport, and inventory management
- Use data to prepare business cases and process improvement proposals
- Provide hands-on support in implementing approved improvements across systems and teams
- Share knowledge and support colleagues to build operational capability across departments

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-4 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related analytical or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to analyse data and suggest practical solutions
- Familiarity with continuous improvement or change methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Pronto)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and confident working across multiple teams
- Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a similar discipline are beneficial
