Slacks Creek, Australia Individualised Community Access Services Pty Ltd Full time

Individualised Community Access Services (ICAS) are seeking multiple employees for our clients in Slacks Creek. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and about supporting our clients to reach their goals.

We provide a shifts where you are employed to work with specific clients. We have long term staff and truly value our Team environment.

Our clients are non-verbal, non-mobile sisters who require assistance with all aspects of their lives.
- Provide personal care (continence, feeding and bathing) to the client
- Preferably a mature female (client requested)
- Assist clients on outings in the community.
- Physically able to manoeuvre wheelchair and use a hoist.
- Dog friendly as the family has an inside dog.
- A caring, nurturing persona with plenty of patience.
- Aged Care experience will be an advantage.

Requirements
- A passion and willingness to assist.
- CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
- Manual Handling training
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

ICAS has been providing disability support services within the Greater Brisbane region for over 25 years, with long term staff and long term clients. We have a passion for seeing our clients achieve their NDIS goals and obtain greater independence. We are looking for the right people to join our wonderful team.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
