**About the Role**:
Step into a key front-line role supporting the life-saving work of BreastScreen NSW. Based at our Waratah site, you'll be part of a tight-knit, customer-focused team delivering efficient administrative support for a critical public health service. From scheduling appointments and managing client data to liaising with clinical staff and the broader public, you’ll help keep the wheels turning on a service that matters.

You’ll be working across fixed and mobile screening services - supporting clinics at Waratah, East Maitland, and mobile units travelling across the Hunter New England region.

This is the perfect opportunity for detail-driven admin professionals who want their work to make a real impact in women’s health.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Applicants must be female -exemption is claimed under Section 31(2) (h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act.
- Current Drivers Licence (NSW eligibility) with ability to undertaken various shifts and availability to work at a mobile screening unit as rostered. (Working on a mobile screening unit may require the ability to work away from home for up to 6 days at a time)

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced screening environment
- Provide accurate and timely admin support to ensure seamless daily operations
- Work closely with clinicians, radiographers and admin teams across multiple sites
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity at all times
- Be part of a professional and supportive team committed to positive outcomes

**You must have**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to handle changing priorities
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Admin experience in a clinical or health-related setting (desirable but not essential - we’ll train you)
