This national-leading Aged Care provider is currently seeking a Facility Manager to join their established and dedicated management team, to supervise and control the day-to-day operations of their 150-bed facility located in
**Sale **on Victoria's Eastern Coastline.

Work with an organisation focused on developing their people and building their workforce capabilities to ensure high-quality care for all staff and residents is provided.

**Your duties will include**:

- Managing day-to-day operations of a 150-bed aged care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Facility located in Sale, Victoria
