About the role

Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management As the Property Manager, you will:
- Lease and capital project management - minor works, fit outs, property market evaluations, lease negotiations etc.-
- Create business cases/project briefs for capital projects.-
- National property operations management and team leadership.-
- Accountable for the delivery and quality of various office support services for all PWM sites including front of house and exceptional client experience.-
- Financial management of Property operational and project budgets:- Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors and service suppliers.-
- Be the main point of contact and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to supply and deliver materials and/or scheduled works.About you

We’re looking for someone with:
- 5 years or more Property industry experience in a similar role. Property or Facilities management in a corporate environment essential.-
- Experienced with managing and negotiating property leases.-
- Experienced with delivering office fit outs and/or activity-based working projects within a corporate environment.-
- Knowledge of property and facility operations.-
- Knowledge of WHS in the office, ensuring WHS and compliance obligations are met for all sites and services including fire, hydraulics, mechanical and electrical.-
- Strong leadership and superior interpersonal and customer relationship skills.-
- Strong written and oral communication skills.-
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.-
- Ability to manage operating and capital budgets.-
