**About the Role**:
The Accounts Receivable Team Leader is responsible for the operation, control and maintenance of the accounts receivable system and its database to ensure accurate, timely and efficient billing of clients, residents, and other sundry debtors. This role will be required to answer queries about fees, rates and charges, billing, banking, and receipting, debt collection and billing requirements mandated in the Aged Care Act.
**About You**:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Team Lead role along with the following attributes:
Aged care industry experience (highly preferred, but not essential)
Extensive experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable
Impeccable communication skills, with a proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, to prioritise and multitask
Excellent telephone manner and commitment to high level of customer service
An eye for detail
Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to form good working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Wholeheartedly aligned with Baptcare’s Mission, Vision and Values
