As a Trade Assistant, you will play a crucial role in performing mechanical assembly tasks, utilising your in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, general mechanical skills, and proficiency with power tools.

Some of the key responsibilities for this position may include:

- Performing mechanical assembly tasks according to established guidelines and specifications.
- Utilising your knowledge of mechanical systems to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of buses.
- Demonstrating general mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
- Operating power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools, to complete assembly tasks effectively.
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements for the role:

- Sound knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques and processes.
- Strong experience and expertise in automotive mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools, including hand tools and pneumatic tools.
- A solid work history, demonstrating your experience and reliability.
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen and Criminal Check.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude towards work and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
