In this role, our Associates will be supporting our Commercial real estate business across the country. You will bring your passion for supporting our customers whilst being a part of a team to deliver superior customer experiences and support our state-based Bankers.
Reporting to the Lead CST, the Client Support Associate role is required to provide customer servicing support to Deal Structuring & Execution (DSE) and supported Commercial Real Estate (CRE) clients within the Customer Lending Solutions space. You will perform a variety of lending, transactional and administrative based servicing tasks to assist key stakeholders; in accordance with NAB policy and procedures.
**As a Client Support Associate, you will**:
- Be fluent in spoken Mandarin
- Timely completion of lending, transactional and administrative servicing tasks as detailed in your workflow manager tool.
- While completing customer servicing enquiries, ensure you progress enquiries as appropriate through the value chain to deliver exceptional customer outcomes; utilising value chain support teams as appropriate such as BST and Client Services.
- Open and honest communications with stakeholders (customers, Bankers, DS&E).
- Understanding of KYC on-boarding compliance requirements. Centre of Excellence for on boarding new to bank customers and completion of KYC requirements.
- Knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self-service channels. Help to drive customer adoption of digital channels.
- Assist Bankers and customers with Asset finance quotes, documentation, payout quotes and equipment finance drawdown for customers.
- Process Progress Claims through CRER and submit for drawdown
- Manage Trust Deed Reviews and Consent Requests
**What you will bring**
You are a positive, customer centric person with a keen willingness to learn. Your strong customer service skills coupled with your strong communication ability will see you excel in this role. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate.
- Prior customer/relationship servicing experience is essential with exposure to a Lending Support or customer facing relationship management or face to face role preferred.
- Knowledge of Bank systems and their operation including but not limited to; eBOBs, LOIS, Austin Web, Siebel, iCARE, Dbox.
- Understanding of lending processes
- Effective time management
- Attention to detail
This is a perm full-time opportunity base in Sydney CBD. As we support Bankers you will be aligned to provide servicing support and assistance with the role and the Bankers that you support.
